Had to proctor a TOEFL exam this morning, workout this afternoon.
- Breakfast-2 cups of melon, pineapple, strawberries, cup coffee.
- 1p-Brown rice w/Chicken, cup iced tea.
- pre-workout-2 scoops Gaspari Super Pump 250 in water.
- 5p-left over brown rice, broccoli, chicken.
- 7p-1 Navel Orange.

Today’s workout is back/biceps, P90X style!
Warm-up-5 minutes
- Wide Front Pull-ups
- “Lawnmowers”
- “21’s”
- One Arm Cross Body curls-
- Switch Grip Pull Ups
- Elbow Out “Lawnmowers”
- Standing Bicep Curls
- One Arm Concentration Curls
- Corn Cob Pull ups
- Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows
- Open Arm Curls
- Static Arm Curls
- **Water Break**
- Towel Pull ups
- Cogdon Locomotives
- Crouching Cohen curls
- Chin Ups
- Seated Bent Over Back Flys
- Curl Up/Hammer Downs
- Hammer Curls
- Max Rep Pull ups
- Superman’s-5 sets, hold for 10seconds.
- In/Out Hammer Curls-
- Strip Set Curls-4 sets declining weights!
Cool down and then Ab Ripper X
