		<description>Okay - I&#039;m sore from having done 4 sets of 8.  Between 80 and 120 lbs between my trapezius, biceps, triceps (the lightest weight and the sorest muscles today) and delts.  I&#039;m thinking I&#039;m going to have to add more after reading your workout.  Keep it up!</description>
